Laundromat FAQ
We are open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Last wash is at 7:30 p.m.
Our machines take cash, credit cards, debit cards, and the Speed Queen App.
We are fully attended so there is always someone available to answer any questions or offer assistance.
Yes we do! We have six load and eight load machines to handle multiple loads or big, bulky items like comforters.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 7:00 am. - 6:00 pm.
Your clothes will be washed, dried and folded and ready for you to pick up in 24 hours. You will receive a text message when your laundry is ready. Same day service is also available.
We use PowerPax 5 in 1 Laundry Capsules that include detergent, a stain fighter, color booster, odor eliminator and fabric softener.
You do have the option to upgrade to Tide or Kirkland if you prefer.
Ozone is a highly effective cleaning system that not only cleans but sanitizes your laundry. It also sanitizes the washing machine that your clothes will be washed in. Plus, your clothes will be cleaner and softer with Ozone. This sanitation system is used in hospitals.
Never. We always keep our customer's laundry separate from each other. We know that mix-ups and cross contamination can happen otherwise.
No problem! Just let us know how you like your laundry done and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Pickup and Delivery
Our pickup and delivery service is only $1.99/lb. for weekly or bi-weekly service and it is $2.10 for as-needed orders.
You do not! Just let us know in the "Driver's Notes" where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it. Make sure it is a secure location. Corner Wash is not responsible for stolen laundry.
It's easy! Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and follow the instructions.
When you place your order, there is a section called "preferences". You can let us know there if you have any special instructions. They will be saved and done every time.
There is not. You can cancel at any time, but we have confidence that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
You can always log into your account and suspend your service until you return from your vacation.
